Is there a law prohibiting homesteading on BOR land?
Yes, there is, however, it is not that simple. If they are issued a citation and told to leave, they most likely just move to another location.
Our local elected officials, police and our community need to have better tools to help them with this issue.
If anyone would like to share a mitigation, to help resolve this issue. Please submit your mitigation.
